Only 4½ miles from Southwold and 2 miles from the sea at Covehithe this house is situated in an ideal place. The fishing port of Lowestoft, the pretty town of Beccles on the River Waveney and Oulton broad - the most southerly of the Broads - are all within a radius of 7 miles.

The house offers ample accommodation with an enclosed garden suitable for children and pets.
